Kaizen a sponsor for the REGISTERED HEALTHCARE YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP program is offering this opportunity to young adults between the ages of 18-24. As a sponsor our main goal is to register apprentices and expand apprenticeship nationwide.

BENEFITS FOR STUDENTS JOINING THE REGISTERED HEALTHCARE YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM:

Training is completely FREE
Students may qualify to receive supportive services to complete the program.
After course completion our certified instructors with over 15 years of experience will help the students prepare to take for their state certification exams
After completion of Related Technical Instruction the certified students will start on the job training with our partner employers.
After completion of On-the-Job Training students:
Receive an honorary certificate of completion from the United States Department of Labor
May be offered a full-time position by the employer

KAIZEN AS A SPONSOR IS OFFERING THREE HEALTHCARE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS:

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant Certified.
Certified Clinical Medical Administrative.
CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE WITH DEMENTIA SPECIALIZATION.

We have our partner employers ready to hire youth for these apprentice-able occupations.
