- Business Application software: Introduction to MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK. This course is primarily designed for students for preparing for the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification exams offered by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
- The CMAA Training also includes lectures on comprehending the CMAA Exam Prep material, practice exercises, practical scenario-based examples, case study and quizzes to enhance the understanding of the program.
