Kaizen a sponsor for the REGISTERED HEALTHCARE YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP program is offering this opportunity to young adults between the ages of 18-24. As a sponsor, our main goal is to register apprentices and expand apprenticeships nationwide.

BENEFITS FOR STUDENTS JOINING THE REGISTERED HEALTHCARE YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM:

  • Training is completely FREE
  • Students may qualify to receive supportive services to complete the program.
  • After course completion our certified instructors with over 15 years of experience will help the students prepare to take for their state certification exams
  • After completion of Related Technical Instruction, the certified students will start on-the-job training with our partner employers.
  • After completion of On-the-Job Training students:
  • Receive an honorary certificate of completion from the United States Department of Labor
  •  May be offered a full-time position by the employer

KAIZEN AS A SPONSOR IS OFFERING THREE HEALTHCARE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS:

  • Certified Medical Administrative Assistant Certified.
  • Certified Clinical Medical Administrative.
  • CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE WITH DEMENTIA SPECIALIZATION.

We have our partner employers ready to hire youth for these apprentice-able occupations.
